Customer Reviews: Bottom Line: not recommended I like the dish soap itself. It cleans well, and the scent is pleasant without being overpowering. Unfortunately I hate the bottle. It is big, awkwardly shaped and can be difficult to grasp, especially when your hands are wet and slippery. The plastic is hard and difficult to squeeze. Also, the opening constantly clogs up. Between the hard plastic and the easily clogged opening, it can be frustrating trying to squeeze out any soap. Love the product, the scent and how it works. Hate the bottle, it's inconvenient and awkward to use. The bottle has actually prevented me from purchasing this product again. In addition to changing the bottle's shape, Method must have changed the formula of this dish soap as well based on all of the negative reviews previously given this product. I think this product is fantastic. The smell is heavenly, the bottle is lovely and very easy to utilize, and the cleaning power is unbeatable. This stuff tackled stubborn grease, sticky oatmeal, and treated my hands delicately in the process. I refuse to use the other commercial brands due to their toxicity and environmentally unfriendly products and policies and I believe Method products are a great gift! Customer Reviews: Lovely product that works well and smells nice. My husband does not particulary like lavender scents, but this is light so he likes it as well. I don't have a dishwasher, so doing them by hand is enhanced by this liquid! It turns a tedious experience into a moment of peace, almost seems too good for dishes! I admit, I love lavender and this is not a traditional lavender scent, but to me it turned out even better, it smells like an expensive aromatherapy product! I can't believe some people find it offensive... Won't use anything else now, love it! like this dish soap. Like all of the Mrs. Meyers products, it is heavily scented, and it seems you either love the Mrs. Meyers scents or you hate them. If possible I would smell this before purchasing and make sure you can live with the scent. It cleans as well as any of the eco brands I've tried. My one complaint would be that this dish soap is quite expensive compared to competitors like Method or Seventh Generation. Both Method and Seventh Generation give you almost ten more ounces of product at a price that is comparable, or in the case of Seventh Generation, lower than Mrs. Meyers. I am willing to pay a bit more for products that are cruelty free and environmentally responsible, but I still want a product that is competitively priced with similar brands. The soap works so well on washing dishes that a co-worker went and bought some for her home. As soon as I run out of my current dish soap, I will be purchasing the Seventh Generation liquid dish soap! It lathers well, has no smell, and doesn't leave hands feeling slimy. I did not notice much of a scent but it cleans just as well as the other soaps I have used, so that is good considering its eco-friendly. I would buy it again.
