Over the last 4 years there has been a dramatic decline in the bee population throughout the United States, Europe and Japan. The die off, known as Colony Collapse Disorder, has killed about 30 percent of the hives in the United States over the past four winters.

There are simple steps we can all take to ensure the safety of what ends up on our dining room tables. Instead of focusing on what is out of our control (which is most things), we can try to focus on what is within our control, by educating ourselves and our loved ones to ensure that the food we consume is free of GMO's, pesticides, irradiation, and hidden chemical processes.
